DELIVERY TERMS:

Free home delivery when you spend HK$350 or more. A HK$50 delivery charge is applicable to purchases under than HK$350.

Delivery will be arranged in 5 – 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.

All orders will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in, anyhow in any case if no one is available to receive the delivery, order(s) will be returned to our warehouse, therefore re-delivery fees $50 will be applied.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.

The delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. There is no overseas delivery.

In the event of any disputes, and/or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail and Fair Taste reserves all the rights for the final decision.

Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect or such other weather conditions whereby delivery is considered unsafe.

Orders deliver to Hong Kong’s Non-Industrial / Commercial Locations or Hong Kong’s Remote Areas will be subjected to HKD30 service charge (paid by the receiver on delivery), and require an additional working day for the delivery.

Non-Industrial / Commercial Property refers to location for residential purposes.
Non-Industrial / Commercial Property within remote area is subject to HKD30 Remote Area Surcharge only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of the products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered.

In the event that an item is eligible for return, please email your contact information and reason of return to order@fairtaste.com.hk within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending the item back. Fair Taste is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain proof of postage / drop-off, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you’ve mailed the parcel. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags. You will receive a confirmation once we received your returned item, and we will refund you by your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that items returned damaged or do not comply with the returns policy will not be refunded.

All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, but in the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or is incomplete, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

購物滿港幣$350可享免費送貨服務。購物低於港幣$350須付送貨服務費港幣$50

貨物會在訂單付款確認後 5 – 7 個工作天內安排送出。

我們會於確認付款成功後與客戶聯絡通知送貨日期。當產品送遞至客戶所提供的送貨地址,如出現無人簽收貨物的情況,產品會被退回我們公司。如要重新再送貨,客戶需要繳付港幣$50送貨服務費。

如未能提供訂單上的產品或包括送貨的相關服務,我們會在預定送貨時間前以電郵或電話通知客戶,同時我們保留權利可全權酌情不接納或取消訂單。

送貨地區只限香港本地,暫不提供海外送貨服務。

倘若本條款及條件有中文譯本,如中、英文本之文義有異,應以英文本為準。

當八號烈風或暴風信號懸掛、黑色暴雨警告生效時或我們判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務將會延期。

送貨到非工業/商業地址或香港偏遠地區需額外收取港幣$30服務費(收件人於收貨時支付),並需要多一個工作天完成送貨。

非工業/商業地址指住宅用途地址。
送貨至位於偏遠地區的非工業/商業地址只需收取港幣$30服務費

退貨及退款

基於產品類型與衛生原因,除非貨品在客戶收貨前已損壞或被錯誤派遞,否則我們不接受退貨要求。

如產品合符退貨資格,請於收貨計七日內將個人聯絡資料、退貨產品及原因電郵到order@fairtaste.com.hk

產品退貨前必須先由我們確認無誤。公平棧不會負責任何退貨運費及其他相關費用。

由於貨件在我們收到前仍然屬於客戶所負責,請保留寄件收據。貨品在退貨郵寄期間如不幸遺失,我們或需要參閱寄件收據。公平棧對退貨郵寄時的一切延誤和貨品損壞或遺失不承擔任何責任。

產品必須維持原本狀態,包括原本的招紙價錢牌等。我們會在收到退貨後發送通知確認,並向客戶退回原本已支付購買產品的費用。原本購買時的運費不會被退還。如果退回的產品在客戶收貨後損壞或不符合退貨要求,我們將不會退款。

所有退回的貨品都會被檢查。我們會盡力滿足退貨及退款要求,但如產品在退貨過程中變成不完整或不可再被使用的狀態,我們將不能提供退款或換貨。
