/ RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, unless the item is damaged, faulty or wrongly delivered.

In the event that an item is eligible for return, please email your contact information and reason of return to order@fairtaste.com.hk within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending the item back. Fair Taste is not responsible for return shipping, nor any fees associated with return shipping.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it, remember to retain proof of postage / drop-off, so if your parcel gets lost in the mail, you will be able to send us proof that you’ve mailed the parcel. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and accompanied by their original tags. You will receive a confirmation once we received your returned item, and we will refund you by your original payment method. Original delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that items returned damaged or do not comply with the returns policy will not be refunded.

All items will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, but in the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or is incomplete, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

基於產品類型與衛生原因,除非貨品在客戶收貨前已損壞或被錯誤派遞,否則我們不接受退貨要求。

如產品合符退貨資格,請於收貨計七日內將個人聯絡資料、退貨產品及原因電郵到order@fairtaste.com.hk。

產品退貨前必須先由我們確認無誤。公平棧不會負責任何退貨運費及其他相關費用。

由於貨件在我們收到前仍然屬於客戶所負責,請保留寄件收據。貨品在退貨郵寄期間如不幸遺失,我們或需要參閱寄件收據。公平棧對退貨郵寄時的一切延誤和貨品損壞或遺失不承擔任何責任。

產品必須維持原本狀態,包括原本的招紙價錢牌等。我們會在收到退貨後發送通知確認,並向客戶退回原本已支付購買產品的費用。原本購買時的運費不會被退還。如果退回的產品在客戶收貨後損壞或不符合退貨要求,我們將不會退款。

所有退回的貨品都會被檢查。我們會盡力滿足退貨及退款要求,但如產品在退貨過程中變成不完整或不可再被使用的狀態,我們將不能提供退款或換貨。
